INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR JOB CANDIDATES | CLASS BUSINESS GROUP
CLASS BUSINESS GROUP companies are joint controllers of the personal data of the Data Subject and inform you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), for the legitimate interest of the Controller, providing you with the following information about the processing:
Purpose of processing: To involve the Data Subject in the personnel selection processes, carrying out an analysis of the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the Controller’s vacant position.
Legal basis for processing: Unambiguous consent through a clear action by the data subject (GDPR, art. 6.1.a).
Data retention criteria: Data will be retained for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be deleted, ensuring total confidentiality both in processing and subsequent destruction. In this regard, after the aforementioned period, if you wish to continue participating in the Controller’s selection processes, please resend your CV.
Data updating: In case any changes occur in your data, please inform us in writing as soon as possible to keep your data properly updated.
Data disclosure: Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except legal obligation.
Rights of the Data Subject:
– Right to withdraw consent at any time.
– Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
– Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
